Noji Gardens is HomeSight’s first development in the Rainier Valley and the first use of two-story manufactured housing components in the Pacific Northwest.  Built in 3 phases with a total of 75 new homes, Noji was built to serve a wide range of household incomes, family sizes, ages, and cultures through a rich mix of housing types.  Awarded “Best New Manufactured Housing Subdivision” in 2002 by the Manufactured Housing Industry.  Noji Gardens was completed in 2002.

Noji Commons was built and completed in 2004 by the University of Washington Architecture Department’s Design/Build Studio.
