King County

King County Map
  1. Navigate to the King County Department of Assessment’s ‘eReal Property’ web page here.
  2. Review the Terms of Use and check the box to the left of the acknowledgement statement. The eReal Property search page opens.
  3. Enter the property address including direction (N,S,E,W etc.) and street type (Ave., St., Rd. etc.) if known. City Name and Zip Code information may be entered but is not required. Click the “Search” button below the Address fields.
  4. NOTE: If multiple properties with the same or similar address information are returned such as multiple units within a condominium, scroll down the list and click on the applicable ‘Parcel’ link in the first column based on the relevant specific property (Unit # etc.) in the ‘Address’ column.
  5. If the property is located in King County, the results page will display detailed Parcel, Building and property tax related information. A link to the property tax bill, maps and other detailed information is also available via the button links above the displayed results. The property is eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.
  6. If the property cannot be found in the King County database, an error message in bold text reads: “Cannot find parcel matching this address: (address info entered)”. Confirm that the correct address information is displayed. If so, the property is NOT located in King County and is NOT eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.

Pierce County

Pierce County Map
  1. Navigate to the Pierce County Assessor-Treasurer’s “electronic Property Information Profile” web page here.
  2. Enter the property’s ‘House Number:’ and ‘Street:’ only in the ‘Search by Site Address…’ fields on the right-hand side in the middle section of the web page. Do not include street direction or street type (Ave., St., Rd. etc.) or unit information (if applicable).  Click the blue hand ‘Search’ button to the right of the ‘Street Name’ field.
  3. If the property is found in the Pierce County database, the “Search Results” web page opens  with ‘Parcel’, ‘Type’, ‘Status’ ‘Taxpayer Name’ and ‘Site Address’ summary information related to the property. Click on the blue link in the ‘Parcel’ column to view summary property characteristics and property tax information. Detailed information related to: Taxes/Values, Land, Buildings, Sales, Map and Sketches is available via the tabs to the right of the Summary tab. The property is eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.
  4. If more than one record is associated with a property, scroll down the list to locate the specific Unit information etc., then click on the blue link in the ‘Parcel’ column to view the detailed property and tax information.
  5. NOTE: If more than one ‘Parcel’ record displays for a particular Unit, select the bottom record for the corresponding Unit to view the summary property characteristics and property tax information. If the property cannot be found in the Pierce County database, the “Search Results” web page opens with the message: “No records were found. Please alter your search criteria and try again.” The property is NOT eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.

Snohomish County

Snohomish County Map
  1. Navigate to the Snohomish County Assessor’s web page here.
  2. Enter the property’s ‘House Number’ and ‘Street Name’ only in the ‘Property Summary Search’ fields on the left-hand side near the top of the web page. Do not include street direction or street type (Ave., St., Rd. etc.) or unit information (if applicable).  Click the magnifying glass ‘Search’ button below the ‘Street Name’ field.
  3. If the property is found in the Snohomish County database, the “Property Search > Search Results” web page opens (in a new window/tab) with ‘Parcel Number’, ‘Name’ and ‘Location Address’ summary information related to the property. Click on the blue link in the ‘Parcel Number’ column to view detailed property characteristics and property tax information. The property is eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.
  4. If more than one record is associated with a property, scroll down the list to locate the specific Unit information etc., then click on the blue link in the ‘Parcel Number’ column to view the detailed property and tax information.
  5. If the property cannot be found in the Snohomish County database, the “Property Search > Search Results” web page opens with the message: “No Values Found” under the ‘Parcel Number’ field. The property is NOT eligible for NeighborhoodLIFT financing.
